作为 2020 年大多数旗舰手机标配的处理器， 高通骁龙 865（下称“865”） 的性能是毋庸置疑的，然而高通似乎仍不满足，就在今天正式发布了在性能及 Wi-Fi 方面提升的骁龙 865 Plus （下称 “865+”）处理器。

The new Snapdragon 865 Plus is designed to deliver increased performance across the board for superior gameplay and insanely fast Qualcomm® Snapdragon Elite Gaming™ experiences, truly global 5G, and ultra-intuitive AI.
相比 865，高通骁龙 865+ 在 CPU 及 GPU 方面的性能提升了 10%，其中 CPU 的主频更是首次突破 3GHz ，来到 3.1GHz 水平。另外，865+ 兼容 Qualcomm® FastConnect™ 6900 移动连接系统，能够为手机带来 6GHz 的 Wi-Fi 6E （速度高达3.6Gbps）及 Bluetooth 5.2 连接能力。5G 方面则延续搭配骁龙 X55 5G 调制解调器实现 5G 连接。
高通在新闻稿上也预告了来临 22 日发布的 Asus ROG Phone 3 及 Lenovo 电竞手机都将搭载全新的骁龙 865+ 处理器，其中 ROG 就立即确认了这项消息。

目前还无法确定 Samsung Galaxy Note20 系列是否也采用这款新发布的处理器，不过就如 Android Authority 的建议， Samsung 或许可以考虑以处理器来进一步的差异化 Galaxy S 及 Galaxy Note 这两个旗舰系列。
